---------------------------------------------------------------

As in several previous examples, this one has a gradient background
(created using annotated strips of color), and a shadow-effect
around the edge of the map (created using an annotated polygon,
that was created using the outermost border of the map, after
gremoving the interior borders).

The markers are located by specifying the zipcode of the city,
and then looking up the long/lat in sashelp.zipcode.
The markers try to imitate the look of an ATV wheel.
It is a large black pie, overlaid by a smaller brown pie.
There are drilldowns for each of these annotated markers, allowing
you to easily drilldown to the webpage for that skate trail.

At the bottom left corner there is annotated image, which
has a link back to the main webpage for John Deere ATV's.
The title also has a link to a page about ATV trails in NC,
and the footnote in the bottom/right has a link to another
example about ATV legislation in NC.
