Some say that SAS/Graph graphs look too old & clunky, and I'm
out to prove them wrong!  How much more "modern" can you get 
than intentionally making your graphs look retro & old-school, eh!  :)

In this example, the slate background is used via the 'goptions iback'.
Extra space is added around the graph (to make it fit into the middle
of the slate) using blank title & footnote statements.

The chalk marks were drawn programmatically (based on the counts in 
the data) using annotate.

Goptions ftext="comic sans ms/bold" was used to get the hand-written
look for the text.
