This is a little "trick" I invented to get a bar chart, and a table, 
such that they look like they go together...

This is really a gchart hbar (horizontal bar chart), with some text
annotated to the left to look like a table.  I make room for the 
text by specifying that my horizontal axis goes to -32 
order=(-32 to 8 by 8) -- Then, for each bar, I annotate four bits
of text to the left, in such a way that they visually line up into 
4 columns.  Along with the annotated text, I use the annotated 
text 'cbox' variable to color the background of the text to
match the winning candidate's bar color.
