This example shows off two neat pieces of functionality.
First it shows how annotate can be used to connect points on a map,
and then it shows how the new ods html "paneling" can be used to
put two sas graphics side-by-side (in this case, a map and a bar chart).

Things to notice include ...

The annotated dots, which represent cities, have html title= charttips,
so you can mouse over them and see details in the 'title' charttip/flyover-text.
These dots are very small, so you have to be very precise with your mouse to
get the charttip to pop up! The charttips were done via the html variable
in the annotate data set.

The dots & lines are color-coded such that ones with over 100 attendees
show up in red, to make them easier to see (since they're more 'important').

There are bright green dots representing the training centers.

The bar chart in the right-hand panel sums up all the attendees by state.
You can mouse over the bars to see detailed charttip info. The charttips
were done via the html= option in the gchart.
