The bar heights are dollar$ values...

This is similar to don003, except with dollar$ amounts of the projects, 
rather than frequency counts.

o Technology bar is longer than Supplies (whereas in frequency graph they are the opposite).

o Of course, the >$200 projects bar is much longer in this graph.

o Applied Learning has a migher $-value compared to the other bars (higher than frequency count).

o Other has a migher $-value compared to the other bars (higher than frequency count).

o Whereas the frequency count of projects by year is rising at a steady pace,
  the $-amount had a huge increase in 2006 and 2009.

o New York ties with California in frequency count, but NY is much higher in $-amount.
