---------------------------------------------------------------

This is a scatter plot, plotting the date each project was started,
versus the price-tag of the project - the main two colors (green/red)
show whether the project was successfully funded or not.

This plot is useful in seeing the overall trends.
(And if you stare at it long enough, you might see hidden images,
much like the "magic eye" pictures! I think it also looks a bit like
the "shroud of turin" ;)

This plot makes a few trends visible:

o Since mid-2007, there have been significantly more projects!

o After approx July 2010, the number of projects seems to have increased even more.

o The dots are more dense (more projects) under $600,
$600-$1200 seems to have the same density of projects,
and projects become very sparse after $1200.

o Very few of the projects under $200 go unfunded (ie, not many 'red' dots under $200).

o Early-on, there was a "flurry" or projects in June 2003.

o There was a slight "lul" in projects in January 2007.

o The "minimum price" pro projects seems to have gone up in 2005, and again
in 2008, and twice in 2010 - the mimimum price of a project is approaching $200.
