Although this graph looks kinda fancy, it is actually a pretty 
basic sas/graph 'gplot', but with a few little 'finishing touches'
added :)

The main thing you'll notice is the picture of the mammoth.
This was done using an 'annotated' image.

Also, you might notice that the light gray reflines don't go 
all the way across the graph like reflines normally do.
That's because I also drew these gray lines with annotate.

And, in the text ... I use the percent. and comma. formats 
for the value labels at the axis tickmarks, and I rotate the
vaxis label so it's up/down (and takes less space).
