First, I wrote a sas job to do a single repeat of a checkerboard pattern:
checker.htm
checker_info.htm

Then I used 'goptions iback' to repeat the checkerboard pattern behind
this map for a "racing" theme.

Other than that, this is just a recycled version of the following maps,
but using different data & url links for the drag strips in NC...
