Whereas most of the traditional SAS/Graph procs support the html= option,
and you have to put html href= tags for the drilldown, the new Proc SGplo
lets you use a somewhat easier syntax, and just specify the value of the
drilldown url directly in a text variable (without having to code in the
html href= tag syntax).
