This sas/graph is an imitation of the following example.

"Histogram of the aphelia of the 186 comets listed by the MPC in June 2005.
The abscissa is the natural logarithm of the aphelia, expressed in AUs.
The grouping at Jupiter's orbit dominates, bu the Saturn, Uranus, and
Neptune groups can also be seen."


SAS/Graph Tricks used...

Adjusted width of bars and space between bars, so that bars are touching.

Annotated the reflines between the bars (and extended these lines down
between the bar midpoint labels).

Suppressed response axis tickmarks, and annotated values and major 
tickmark lines in a custom manner.

Annotated the names Jupiter/Saturn/Uranus/Neptune above graph.
