Click here to see the example. --------------------------------------------------------------- This chart has some fundamental drawbacks... namely the *area* of each color is not proportional to the percentage. To create this custom graph, I start with a very wide subgrouped bar chart, and then I cover pieces of the left & right side (using annotated polygons) to make the visible part of the bar look like a funnel. I then annotate lines and labels for each bar segment. I'm using 1 v9.2 feature here - in v9.2 the ods styles have new default color lists associated with them, and I'm just letting the graph use these default colors. If you run it using pre-v9.2 sas, then you'll get the basic/primary default colors (red, green, etc) and you'll have to specify pattern statements to get nice-looking colors. It's not the most statistically valid chart, but it was something a customer was wanting, therefore I wanted to show SAS/Graph could do it :) Back to Samples Index
