This map is a fairly simple example that shows some of the useful
info that's in some of the "data" files we ship with sas.  

This example uses the "sashelp.zipcode" file.  Each zipcode record
in the dataset contains the state, county, and timezone info.
I plot this data onto maps.uscounty, and color-code it by timezone.

Then, for an extra touch, I annotate a darker border outline around
each state (otherwise you would only get the county outlines, with 
no way to distinguish the states).

I also use a custom order for the legend items, so that they are
in the same order left-to-right as the timezones.
