This is a little proof-of-concept showing how SAS/Graph "proc gmap"
could be used to display the locations of Navy ships, and allow 
the user to click on the locations to show the google satellite
map of that area.

Note that the google maps are not "real time", so the map
probably wouldn't show the actual ship being tracked (unless
the military has access to their own satellite maps, in which
case we could substitute their URL for the drilldown instead of
the google maps URL).
