Downloaded xls data from thumbnail #50 (p. 31) of the following doc:

And then used sas/graph to create an imitation/enhancement of their graph.
The biggest change I made was moving the line labels to the end of the lines.
This way, there is no question about which line each label goes with
(when the labels were between the lines, sometimes it was hard to
tell).
Also, I plotted *every* data point, not just the even-numbered years.
(The cdc only plotted the even-year data, which I think compromises
the integrity of the graph.)
I also removed the 'Year' label for the horizontal graph (it was unnecessary).
