This is a SAS/Graph imitation of a (JMP?) graph John Sall had in one
of his blogs on the internal web:

This example demonstrates the fairly new 'arrow' annotate function,
and also the v9.3 smooth-line anti-aliasing.

The 5 solid lines are drawn by gplot & symbol statements.
The dashed lines, arrows, circles, and text are drawn by annotate.
The x/y locations for the circle markers are hard-coded 
(ie, not calculated based on line intersections).
