But one problem with 3d prism maps is that the taller areas in the foreground
can obscure/hide shorter ones in the background.  Therefore I did a 2d choro
map version.  I also made mine html & png (rather than pdf), so I could add
html mouse-over text -- that way you can easily mouse over the counties and
see the county name & the exact expenditure amount.
