How many contributions have been made each month, and has that number been increasing?
This bar chart shows that!

And *if* we had the exact dollar amount for each contribution 
(rather than just the 3 value 'ranges') then we could make the height 
of the bars be the actual $-amount of the contributions made each month.
(This is something that donorschoose could re-use the SAS code and run on 
their own, without divulging too much "personal info" in the contest data.)

There have been big increases in December 2009, the last few months 
of 2010, and 2011 is off to a very good start!
