In this one, I'm looking to see if there are trends/similarities
in the projects that went un-funded...

There aren't many projects close to the diagonal line ... this 
indicates that if a project is "close" to being funded, donors
go ahead and finish funding it.

There are a few visable 'striations' in the data - I assume at some 
even dollar-amounts, such as increments of $20.
