This example uses the v9.0 maps.china and maps.taiwan.
The id's in these maps were changed in v9.1.3 sas, therefore 
I've made a copy of the v9 maps in this directory so this
example will continue to run.

This example uses the new-in-v9.0 chinese 'fsong' sas/graph 
software font, and therefore will not work in v8.2 sas.  
(The fsong and hei 'simplified chinese' fonts are both new in v9).

I combine the v9.0 maps.china and maps.taiwan.  I 'drop' their 
already-projected X & Y, and then I 'gproject' the combined map 
(which produces a new/projected X & Y).  I keep the normal id's 
and segments for the areas in China, but for Taiwan I make it's 
id# 999 and I use it's old id as 'segments' within it's new 999 id.

In the legend and the 'title', I hardcode the double-byte hex codes
that represent the desired chinese characters of the sas/graph
software font.  The title is actually a 'note', so that I can 
position it into the whitespace within the map area (if I had
used the title statement instead, the text would have had to be
positioned above the map, rather than sharing the map space).
