In this example, I use the nlnum format, and the 'locale' option
to numbers to print in the numeric format preferred in germany
(for example, the US number 5.7 will be 5,7).
For the plot, I basically do a simple x/y scatter plot, and I use axis
statements to suppress the label and the values on the y-axis.
Also, I annotate the text 'Stichprobe A' and 'Stichprobe B'
on the plot.
In the footnote, I use a little trick (using the 'move' option)
to reposition the cursor to draw the '-' above the 'x' character.
For the special characters in the text, I simply entered them from
my Windows XP keyboard.
