This one was pretty easy - no special other-language fonts, and 
no special numeric formats (since the only number is hard-coded in
the label of the legend).

One 'trick' is the use of a very light/faint image in the background,
to make it look like this map is on "watermark" paper - I used the
goptions 'iback' to specify this image.

Also, I make the map very tall using the goptions vsize=10in.
(Note that you have to bump up the default goptions ymax in order
to specify a large vsize.  Alternatively, you could use goptions
ypixels instead of vsize.)
