In this example, I use the Korean (Kgothb1) sas/graph software font,
to produce the special Korean characters in the title and the axis label.
This allows me to use the english version of sas to produce a 
sas/graph with Korean characters.

I also use the 'iframe' gchart option to put an image of a korean flag
in the axis fram in the chart, and I use the outside=sum option to
put the labels at the top of the bars.
