Changed to use mapsgfk.world.

Added coutline=same to gmap and gchart.
Added noframe to gchart.
Added color=white to the axis1 maxis.

In the annotate, 
changed "%let axishght=50;" to "%let axishght=37;"
changed "minimum height of next bar" from "mheight=y+6" to "mheight=y+4".
added a space in front of the country name, to space it from the wall a little

Added size=.; for the annotated text along the left, so it's htext size.
and then change it back to 2.5 for the next line.

Since there are more countries than 182 now, had to increast that number.
Went ahead and bumped it up to 300.
