This one is partly for-fun, and partly serious.

This example *does* use real hurricane data, which it downlaods
from the web and annotates on the map (which is pretty cool).

It also demonstrates how to use an image as the plot marker.
Admittedly, using the head of Isaac (from the Love Boat TV show)
is a bit silly ... but you could use the same technique with any
image :)
