Table Pop-up Menu
The schedule author can enable or disable the pop-up menu for the Interactive Schedule Viewer table.
When the pop-up menu is enabled, it appears when you right-click anywhere in the chart table area. The pop-up menu can include one or more of the following menu items:
- Edit
- Follow link
- Toggle row selection
- Expand Node
- Collapse Node
- Expand All
- Collapse All
The schedule author can also configure the menu to include additional items or to change the order in which the items
appear in the menu.
Note: In some charts, if you expand or collapse nodes in the table manually or by using the Expand Node,
Collapse Node, Expand All, or Collapse All option, you can select
File
 Save Preferences to
save the new node states and apply them to the chart table each time you open the chart. This feature might not be enabled in the chart that you are viewing.
Edit
This option enables you to change a value in the table. When you change a value, the new value must conform to the format of the data in that column. You can use the File Save As option to save your changes to a temporary data set.
Note: The File Save As option might not be available in some charts. If the File Save As option is not available, any changes that you make are discarded when the chart is closed.
Follow link
This option enables you to open the hotspot URL if a hotspot exists on the row.
If no hotspot exists on the currently selected task, this option is disabled.
Toggle row selection
This option enables you to toggle a row between selected and deselected.
Expand Node
This option enables you to expand a collapsed node. This option is enabled only if
the selected node is an expandable node and it is currently collapsed.
Collapse Node
This option enables you to collapse an expanded node. This option is enabled only if
the selected node is a collapsible node and it is currently expanded.
Expand All
This option enables you to expand a collapsed node and all of the expandable child nodes in its subtree. This option is enabled only if the selected node
is expandable and one of the following conditions exists:
- the node is collapsed
- the node is expanded, but its subtree contains at least one expandable child node that is collapsed
Collapse All
This option enables you to collapse an expanded node and all of the collapsible child nodes in its subtree. This option is enabled only if
the selected node is collapsible and it is currently expanded.
