Slack Time

The time between the early finish date and the late finish date is the slack time, assuming that the late finish date is later than the early finish date. The following display shows the slack time for a task.

Notes

• The colors shown reflect the default style. The actual colors might be different.
• In some charts, the slack time might not be indicated. In that case, the time between the early start date and the late start date is shown as the normal duration.
